Vincent FRICK received his Ph.D. degree in Microelectronics and Instrumentation from the University Louis Pasteur of Strasbourg, France, in 2002. From 1999 until 2003, he was with SOCOMEC SA, Benfeld, France, working as a Research Engineer on systems-on-chip dedicated to energy metering. Since 2003, has been a Maître de Conférences (Senior Lecturer) at the University of Strasbourg (Unistra), France. His research topics, as a member of the “Heterogeneous Systems and Microsystems” team at ICube laboratory, UMR 7357 Unistra-CNRS, include the modeling and design of integrated sensors, mainly magnetic sensors, smart-power, low-noise analog and mixed-signal systems on chip for industrial and biomedical applications. He has been implied in several major projects addressing these fields.
